Layers of drawings, layers of paint, transparency, opacity, perspective and ambiguous space: the subject, the girl sitting and looking at her reflection, and the surrounding chairs. It is as if they are the only witnesses to her reflection.This began as stand alone drawing of Adirondack chairs.
