I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experiences at Women's Studio Workshop were; both fellowships really fed my creative life.

Printmaking saved my life in a way. I had lost my creative thread when I took a workshop at Women's Studio Workshop in Rosendale, NY in 2003. Doors opened there, and I soon found myself doing a fellowship in monotype printing on the presses in their front studio. I have always loved graphic processes, and the way that monotype printing marries a painterly mark with a graphic shape seduces my imagination.
